Is Joana's Leveling Guide for Real?

There is a lot of information out there asking if Joana's Horde Leveling Guide is a scam and if you are one of the many WoW fans looking for a guide you would not be the only one who is sceptical. They basically show you how they managed to get to level 60 in a little under 5 days by recording the whole thing (with certain sections fast forwarded) so you can see exactly what they did.
