Leveling Gude | Power Level Your Horde Character

There are two factions in WoW, but if you want fast leveling, the same method apply for both of them: take a series of quests that designed to level your character from 1 to 80. This is an absolute requirement in a real horde leveling guide; not only the quests to take, it should also provide step by step instructions so you always know what to do or where to go next.

Note that this is a guide for Horde character, if you are looking for the one for Alliance faction, check Alliance leveling guide.

Depend on your race, you will get different quest selections at the beginning and unique quests based on your class later, but overall, you can follow the same quests series after you reach Ogrimmar. For instance, if you playing as Blood Elf, you need to take these quests first:

1. Reclaiming Sunstrider Isle from Magistrix Erona.

2. Unfortunate Measures from Magistrix Erona.

3. Well Watcher Solanian from Well Watcher Solanian at the Sunspire on Sunstrider Isle.

4. Solanian’s Belongings from Well Watcher at the Sunspire on Sunstrider Isle.

5. The Shrine of Dath’Remar from Well Watcher Solanian in Sunstrider Isle.

6. A Fistful of Slivers from Arcanist Ithanas on Sunstrider Isle.

7. Thirst Unending from Arcanist Helion at Eversong Woods.

8. Report to Lanthan Perilon from Magistrix Erona.

9. Aggression from Lanthan Perilon on Sunstrider Isle.

10. Felendren the Banished from Lanthan Perilon on Sunstrider Isle.

11. Bring Tainted Arcane Sliver to Arcanist Helion at the gazebo of the Sunspire on Sunstrider Isle.

12. Aiding the Outrunners from Outrunner Alarion near the bridge leading south of Sunstrider Isle.

13. Slain by the Wretched from Outrunner Alarion.

14. Completing the Delivery from Outrunner Alarion.

15. Major Malfunction from Magister Jaronis at Falconwing Square.

16. Unstable Mana Crystals from Aeldon Sunbrand at Falconwing Square.

17. Wanted: Thaelis the Hungerer from wanted poster.

18. Delivery to the North Sanctum from Magister Jaronis at Falconwing Square.

19. Malfunction at the West Sanctum from Ley-Keeper Velania at the West Sanctum in Eversong Woods.

20. Arcane Instability from Ley-Keeper Velania.

21. Darnassian Intrusions from Aeldon Sunbrand at Falconwing Square in Eversong Woods.

22. Bring Incriminating Documents to Aeldon Sunbrand.

23. The Dwarven Spy from Aeldon Sunbrand.

24. Fairbreeze Village from Aeldon Sunbrand.

25. Roadside Ambush from Apprentice Ralen.

Doing those 25 quests should get you to level eight already. To be more efficient, it is really important to know where you have to go and what to get first, thus whenever possible you can accomplish more than one quest at once or at least picking a few necessary items in one go.

Later when you hit level 12, you have the option to switch zones (eg: Barrens, Ghostlands, Silverpine) and taking quests there or keep questing at your own zone. Either way, if you keep following the right quests series, you should arrive at Ogrimmar without grinding and equipped with fair gear. From there, the same Horde leveling guide applies to all races. These are the quests in order:

1. Ziz Fizziks from Sputtervalve at Ratchet.

2. Goblin Invaders from Seereth Stonebreak on the border of Stonetalon and the Barrens.

3. Arachnophobia from Wanted Poster: Besseleth.

4. Boulderslide Ravine from Mor’rogal at Sun Rock Retreat.

5. Further Instructions from Ziz Fizziks at Sputtervalve

6. Naga at the Zoram Strand from Marukai along the Zoram Strand.

7. Allegiance to the Horde from Warchief Thrall in Ogrimmar.

8. Journey to Hillsbrad Foothills from Apothecary Renferrel at Undercity.

9. Beren’s Peril from Shadow Priest Allister at the Sepulcher.

10. Time To Strike from Deathstalker Lesh at Undercity.

11. Elixir of Suffering from Apothecary Lydon at Undercity.

12. Elixir of Pain from Apothecary Lydon.

13. Battle of Hillsbrad from High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill.

14. The Rescue from Krusk in Tarren Mill.

15. WANTED: Syndicate Personnel from wanted poster in front of the curch in Tarren Mill.

16. Dangerous! from High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill.

17. Souvenirs of Death from Deathguard Samsa of Tarren Mill.

By the time you finish these 17 quests, you should hit level 24 already. Remember that efficiency plays an important role here; you must complete as many tasks as possible in one go an keep the pace all the way to level 80.

You can also level your profession on the way if you want. For example: if you took mining you can mine at various nodes that scattered in your path; read everything about mining at world of warcraft mining guide. Obviously, this detour will reduce your leveling speed.

Quick leveling by utilizing the quests series doesn’t has to be difficult or complicated; read how the famous name in Horde leveling guide for years can boost your leveling speed via quests series at Joana’s Leveling Guide Review.

Joanas Horde Leveling Guide

Long ago I got addicted to the Horde faction, and if you are like me you have probably heard of Joanas Horde Leveling Guide. It is the best selling Horde Guide online and is constantly updated with tricks, strategy and advice to help you dominate in WoW. I loved this guide right off the bat as I was able to level to 60 in only five days.

My problem is I have obligations in the real world and dedicating every waking hour to World of Warcraft just isn’t possible. I’m a bit of a greedy guy – I really want to get my character to 80 as quick as I can (because that is where the real fun is at). I have often visited WoW forums and blogs, but usually found it to be a waste of time.

That is the beauty of Joana’s Horde Leveling Guide. It always has the most recent cutting edge strategies and tactics. I chuckled a little bit – my guild mates kept asking me how I level so fast. Joana is legitimate with these strategies; you do not risk getting banned.

The guide is very simple to follow and written from a nice conversation tone. If you really want specifics, Joana includes over 100 instructional videos to help you. It is a great bonus for those of us who like watching versus reading when we learn. The guides are written well and simple to follow.

Many online reviews declare Joanas Horde Leveling guide to be the best speed leveling guide there is. Most point to the level of detail in this guide as the reason. He has gone to an effort mapping everything and the visuals that accompany the guide are easily identifiable. You know precisely where what you need to do and where to go.

You can tell Joana is passionate about WoW because he knows what he’s doing. With the help of this guide I am leveling at speeds I never thought possible. This guide is effective forever because Joana updates it with all the latest tips and strategies.

Plus, there is additional value in the members-only-area that is exclusive to those who invested in Joanas Horde Leveling Guide. Players share insights with each other – and I learn something each visit.

It certainly helped me to decide to make a small (but worthwhile) investment in this guide.

A Guide to World of Warcraft – WoW Introduced

To begin taking part in the action of the world of warcraft, it’s necessary to join one of the different game servers found worldwide. That’s the time at which the the game actually starts to get interesting. A big selection of different World of Warcraft servers with their own special features, rules, and action formats can be found around the globe. Each server is called a realm. If you’re a amateur, you must be selective of your realm since they will not all be good for you. I would endorse starting in a server that is reserved for amateurs before moving on to where the more complicated players play. To join a server you customarily are required to pay a monthly subcription, but some of the servers for beginners are free.

The World of Warcraft also has plenty of entities. Each of the 3 continents is inhabited by different races. For example, the eastern continent is inhabited by the kingdom of the Alliance of the Humans, the Gnomes, and the Dwarves. Alternately, Kalidmor, which is another of the continents, is inhabited by trolls and noxious orcs. The orcs and the trolls together with another race called the taurens, form the Horde. The Horde and Alliance are always in conflict.

At the start of the game, you must pick a side. You’ll either join up with the Alliance or evolved into one of the Horde. Then you will have to create your own special character by selecting one of the 9 classes of characters that exist in the world of warcraft. Inside the game each class has its own abilities, talents, and attributes. For instance, a soldier or hunter isn’t the same as a mage or druid. This is eventually the most critical aspect within the game. Picking the right class that suits your personality or talents will help you as you continue to play.

As you Start your quest in the of world of warcraft, your target should be to collect as much gold as possible and to start gaining battle experience by defeating lesser monsters and other creatures. As you progress you may encounter different creatures and larger monsters. You will need assistance from other players of the game to conquer them. That is the secret to achieve success in the game. You should become united with these characters and fight together at all times. If it isn’t possible to make a bunch of your own, it’s a smart idea to join a bunch of characters that already exists managed by varied people worldwide.

Your Very Own WoW Leveling Guide

Perhaps you’re a newbie or maybe you’re a veteran player who is on a quest to use every type of character there is. Your expertise in the game and your experience in the game do not matter as much because everyone, regardless of seniority would consult a WoW Leveling Guide. Why? Everybody wants to level up as fast as they can and with the constant updates that the game puts the players in, there is always something new to learn and new tricks to master. Everyone is pushed back to the basics and that is why the proliferation of leveling guides has been on the rise. Some leveling guides will vow that you will attain level 80 within just a few days. Other guides will mostly tell you that they’ll help you take the top position after just seven days. While they all promise the same thing, each WoW Leveling Guide has a different approach and a different mechanic on how to go about this.

Of course there are intricacies to the kind of leveling guide that you should go for. Are you looking for an Alliance Leveling Guide or a Horde Leveling Guide?
Do you feel like having daily quests included in your game? Do you want a guide which will teach you how to earn a lot of gold even while you power level? It is because of specifications such as this one that a WoW Leveling Guide may or may not work for you. Another decision making factor is the degree of knowledge that you have about the game. Most guides include a play by play account of starting from scratch to hacking your way towards level 80. However, there are players who have no patience to deal with the basics of the game again. Face it, if you have been playing the game for years, do you really need to know what the races are and what the job classes do?

For a WoW Leveling Guide to be truly effective, first of all, it has to be integrated in the game. Reading and executing what you have read are two very different things. Oftentimes something gets lost in translation between the written copy and the one in your head. This is doubly confusing for the new players who know so little about the game.

Various guides have lately integrated their guide in the WoW game to make things easier. So a player will not find himself alt+tabbing every few minutes and then returning to play for a couple of minutes only to alt+tab back. You can imagine how exasperating it is for a player to use an old version of a WoW Leveling Guide.

Aside from the map integration, a good guide will also show you legal and legitimate ways to achieve your desired level in the shortest time possible. Some people think they can get away with duping players into paying for their guides that feature illegal ways to achieve your goal. It is a sad fact that some players would still push through with the questionable methods however, when retribution comes, these are the people who cry the hardest. So look for a WoW Leveling Guide that allows you to level up the fastest without tinkering with the natural order of things and bypassing the system. Not only is there more honor in that method, you can make sure that by the end of the day, all the time you spend leveling will not be taken away from you in the form of the very painful banning of your account.

Warcraft Horde Guide

In this World of Warcraft Horde guide you’ll find some tips on leveling your character with grinding and questing. Once you leveled yourself up to 60 you can play Burning Crusade and then Wrath of the Lich King.

Even though making gold with grinding can be easy it tends to getting really tedious after a while. So we’ll look at grinding up to level 20 and then switch over and talk about some questing.

Due to the fact that levels 1 to 10 don’t have many grinding chances and they’re really easy, I’ll start with level 11 for this guide. Make sure that while your grinding in the initial level you don’t just pass up the instances. This can make leveling take a little longer but the benefits of the gear you’ll get make it worth while.

Warcraft Horde guide to grinding your way to level 20:

Levels 11 & 12

Try grinding the following: Greater Plainstrider, Barrens Giraffe, and Savannah Prowler. They’re found in Ratchet and Crossroads. Grind the Crocolisks in the river in order to get more experience points.

Levels 13 to 16

You can either continue grinding the zones mentioned previously or you can change it up and travel south to grind the Southsea Bandits and Cannoneers.

Levels 17 to 20

Initially you should go over to Norwatch and grind the Theramore Marines. Once you’re at level 19 head over to the South Barrens to grind the Stormhides.

Now for the quests. This World of Warcraft horde guide will get you started to leveling up higher with the use of quests.

To start you’ll need some quest completed then you can go over to Stonetalon Mountains to continue. The following list is of the initial quests you need to complete.

In Crossroads:

  • Letter to Jin’ Zil
  • Report to Kadrak
  • Deepmoss Spider Eggs

In Ratchet:

  • Ziz Fizziks

Once you’ve done these go ahead to Stonetalon Mountains where you’ll do some MOBs and quests. To get started check out the quests listed below.

Warcraft Horde Guide Level 20

MOBs:

  • Avenge my Village

Quests:

  • Killing Drundig Darkcloud
  • Blood Feeders- West on Path to Malaka’Jin
  • Super Reaper 6000- West and then West before the fork
  • Goblin Invaders- North up north fork in Windshear Crag
  • Boulderslide Ravin
  • Shredding Machines
  • The Elder Crone

These quests should have gotten you half way through level 21 at least. It’s a little beyond the scope of this World of Warcraft Horde Guide to get into leveling further, but the thing to remember is that grinding may be good for making gold but to have more fun and get some really good gear do quests. Just have a good balance and you’ll have more fun, level well, and earn gold at the same time.

When first brooding about it, you may be a bit skeptical about getting a horde leveling guide for your search to the top with World of Warcraft.  You may think that you are cheating yourself or that it’s not for you.  However, you’ll be amazed at the advantages you can get from a legitimate leveling guide.

With the assistance of a horde leveling guide, you’ll be able to augment your leveling speed to reach the overall cap as quickly as possible.  And best of all, you can do it as a solo player.  You no longer will have to rely on the help of others.  Before you can even try to start a leveling session, there are some things you will have to take care of to make the process go over as smooth as possible.

The first thing you need to take care of is building up the talent of your character.  You would like to make sure your personality has a right spec for PvE.  Generally, your toon needs to be centered on damage making it critical you build up as much damage so you can instantly cut through the mobs.

After building up the abilities, you want to ensure your character has all the abilities, slotted right, keybinded, and all the macros needed.  To boost your player’s potency, you’ll quickly learn the importance of keybindings and macros.  They will finally allow you to use your personality to its full potential.

Something you certainly don’t need but can be of benefit prior to leveling is potions, foods and enhancements.  A horde leveling guide will show that these things may improve the final efficiency and efficacy of your personality.  Purchasing potions from the sale House is a neat way to save and build up gold.  A legitimate guide will show you precisely what potions and foods you want to use for certain cases.

The very last thing you want to look at is add-ons.  There are a few add-ons that are available for any player you have.  Some of the add-ons to think about attaining include qComment, Cartographer, and Gatherer.  You’ll be dazzled at what this stuff can do for you and your gaming experience.

In all, you want to select a horde leveling guide that is going to help quickly boost your leveling speed.  There is no doubt that it could be a tough task going from level to level.  With the right guide you should not have any problem moving up the ladder at a steady pace.

World of Warcraft is not a game that can be completed over night. For some players might seem easy to get to the peak of the game, but even so, it requires quite an effort to achieve the level cap, to get decent equipment and to do instances. One thing is for sure, WoW wasn’t designed for solo players. However, if you are a casual player like me and cannot waste tens of hours every single day playing he game, what can you do than. I take part in groups with other players from time to time, but it takes so much time and I cannot affor it, that is why i prefer solo.

You may have already noticed that when you reach level 20, your leveling process becomes slower and slower. Since I didn’t have any maximum level horde character, to help me, a friend recommended a horde leveling guide.

First, I was sceptial about using such guides, but my passion to get to level 80 was so huge that i decided to start using a guide. The Horde leveling guide seemed excellent though. The guide showed how to level your character from level 1 to 80 in step-by-step format. Joana made a really good job designing a quest path, it is so easy to get from quest to quest that I enjoyes leveling my character like never before.

The guide also contained a special addon called mapmod, after instalation it showed dots on my game maps. Addon also places a special arrow near your character, the arrow always point to the place you should go.

I was surprised to see that my leveling speed doubled after i started making use of the horde leveling guide. I used to use farming as my main leveling technique, however, I realised that it is not as effective as questing. That is why I really recommend you to start questing. So, if your main goal is to get to the highest level as fast as possible, joanas horde leveling guide is the way to go.

It is not a secret that it is impossibl to get to level 80 in WoW overnight. There are professional gamers who can get to level cap in a matter of weeks, but are you a pro gamer? If no, it may take you up to a year or even longer. It is clear that World of Warcraft is supposed to be a team game. Being a casual player, with just a few hours a week to play, I participate rarely at my guild’s raids and events. Of course, sometimes I group up with randoms, but building up a PUG takes usually too long and players don’t play as a team at all.

From my experience, the first 20 levels are the easiest levels, however, as your level raises, it becomes more and more difficult to level your character up. Some players have a high level friends which help them, but I do not have such friends, that is why I chose a horde leveling guide.

It took me some time to make a decision because I thought that using such guides was against WoW’s tos (I was wrong), but finally made up my mind and ordered Joana’s horde leveling guide. The Horde leveling guide seemed excellent though. It had about all the information I needed to level up a toon, gathered there. Joana made a really good job designing a quest path, it is so easy to get from quest to quest that I enjoyes leveling my character like never before.

The Horde leveling guide came also with an in-game MOD that worked like the ultimate leveling addon, plugging right into the game interface all the information I needed to solve any quest. You will also notice, that when a mapmod is installed, a special arrow appears above your character, the arrow shows to the place you should go in order to complete the quest you are working on.

I was surprised to see that my leveling speed doubled after i started making use of the horde leveling guide. I used to use farming as my main leveling technique, however, I realised that it is not as effective as questing. That is why I really recommend you to start questing. All in all, even as a noob for certain zones, my XP time was managed by the Horde leveling guide at maximum.

The Horde is one of the two major factions that rule over the world where World of Warcraft is based: Azeroth. The two groups are made of an alliance between five races on each side. The five races that make up the Alliance faction are the Humans, the Dwarves, the Night Elves, the Draenei and the Gnomes – what are considered as the Good races of Azeroth. And on the Horde side sit the Trolls, the Blood Elves, the Undead, the Orcs and the Tauren – the Evil races.

Characters who play Horde are just more fun. The two factions are always at war, so when you choose to start a character in the Horde make sure that any friends you have also starting WoW are also in the Horde, or you won’t be able to even talk with eachother in the game.

If you’d like to read more about the Horde, go here: WoW Horde Guide

Orcs are tought, heavily muscled fighters who live in a clanish culture. When you play an Orc you naturally get the racial abilities: Blood fury and Hardiness, which both make for a tough fighter. Orcs were once a noble race, but were corrupted by the Burning Legion into the evil sods they are today. They are great fighters, but also can be great magic casters – particularly Orc Shamans are to be feared.

The Troll race are a vile, barbaric and violent race. The only race that trolls do not hate is the Orcs. Trolls make the best race in the game for pure survivability – as they are the only race that automatically regenerate lost hit points. And their berserking skill makes them superb damage-dealers as well.

If you want a comprehensive guide to The Horde and leveling 1 to 80, read my review of the best Horde leveling guide here: Joana’s Horde Leveling Guide Review

The evil side of the elves are the Blood Elves. The most intelligent of the Horde races, Blood Elves are Elves that have lost immense power and wish to recover it at any cost. You can play a very powerful magic-user as a Blood Elf. And if you play a Blood Elf you get a powerful racial ability which allows you to regenerate your mana while silencing other spell-casters around you. You also get a bonus to the enchantment profession.

The Tauren are huge, beast like creatures with hooves. They are powerful warriors, hunters and druids, very close to nature. The racial ability to stun those around them is a formidable natural skill to have. And their advantages to Herbalism means you really have to study this useful and profitable skill, which goes best with Alchemy.

Undead characters are strong and fun to play. Pure embodiments of evil, they are a group of undead created by the Lich King but broken free to make their own way in the World. They live in a city called Undercity. The Undead racial ability to remove Fear, Charm and Sleep can be invaluable in a tight situatio. And a great fun ability is called Cannibalism – as an Undead you can eat corpss of other creatures to regain your own life force!

Joana’s Horde Leveling Guide has been written in a way that is completely unambiguous and clearly understood. It was also created for those WoW gamers who have become frustrated with the grinding (killing) process to leveling. So if you are at all unsure as to how, or where exactly you should go to level fast and easily, then Joana’s 1-80 Horde Leveling Guide is for you.

Even if you have only been playing WoW for a short time, one thing you may have already realized is that the game is always being improved and updated with expansion packs. One of the really good features of this Horde leveling guide is that it has all up to date information regarding the Wrath of the Lich King (WotLK) expansion pack. It is an expansion pack update that Joana has huge experience of. Not only that, there is a Northend Level 70-80 guide and everything is contained in a step-by-step add-on (more below) which, of course, means there is no annoying toggling between screens.

There’s a pretty good possiblility that you will have already heard of Joana’s 1-70 Leveling Guide as it’s quite well known in the WoW world. But Joana has surpassed level 70 and gone to level 80 with four characters and whilst doing so has examined everything thoroughly to ensure it was all faultless.

It sounds like a painstaking business, but you have to say it’s a thorough one and bottom line is, it works. The plan allows Joana to achieve the highest levels on each of Blizzard’s servers in record breaking time. This top class play has understandably earned Joana a justifiably deserved status and as an example of that expertise, Level 60 was attained on 6 servers at a record setting rate. It’s a little difficult not to be, at least a tiny bit inspired by that. I think it’s fair to say Joana’s techniques that have been well documented certainly work and that it has all been time very well spent indeed. If leveling up quickly to the highest levels is something you want to do, then Joana’s 1-80 Horde Leveling Guide is something for you to have a serious look at.

Unfortunately, there have been players who thought Joana may some how have been bending the rules because the leveling was so quick. I will hold my hands up and confess, I did have my own reservations for a while. Yes, the net came alive and the allegations started to fly that Joana’s Horde Leveling Guide was nothing more than just a basic scam. However, fear not! Everything is above board and legal, there’s nothing illegal here. Everything is 100% legal and Blizzard has no bones of contention, so you can relax and be safe in the knowledge you won’t be banned. My initial skepticism was soon allayed.

So my opinion and the opinion of many other WoW gamers was changed quickly and now Joana is generally thought of as a bit of a WoW wonder. My guess is that you will feel like that too after you’ve begun using the Guide.

Joana’s 1-60 leveling guide has the whole expedition recorded. You can therefore study all the tactics and put them into practice. Besides Joana’s 1-80 Leveling Guide, includes screen shots of some notable performances and astounding runs.

To try to help give you a little taste of what you can expect, here’s a small portion of what you get:

1. 1-25 Blood Elf Leveling Guide

2. Joana’s 1-60 Horde Leveling Guide Printable

3. 60-70 Outland Step-by-Step Guide Printable

4. Joana’s 60-70 Outland Reference Guide

5. Change Log for Joana’s Guides

6. Class Guides – Submitted by Users (recent add)

When you buy the guides you gain instant access, at no extra monthly charge, to the Members Area. Due to the ever changing nature of World of Warcraft this members’ resource is continually being updated for you and it’s basically done all free of charge.

As with other top quality guides around, and as I briefly mentioned above, this guide is also an easy to install add-on (simple to follow instructions are included). Of course, this completely negates the requirement to constantly toggle back and forth between the guide and the game, which used to be so irritating, not to mention time consuming. Should you prefer, you can simply minimize and maximize the guide to suit. The guide even provides you with arrows pointing out the way for you.

The new and improved 1-80 Horde Leveling Guide from Joana can actually be purchased as two individual guides. You may have noticed whilst reading this article that it sounded like there was more than one. There is the 1-70 Guide. This includes the 1-60 Azeroth Guide and the 60-70 Outland Guide. Then you also have the 70-80 Horde Leveling Guide and it is this that also contains the 70-80 Level Wrath of the Lich King and Death Knight Guides.

Even though all these Guides are in minute detail, they are all written in an extremely easy to follow style and contain numbered instructions at each level. I’m someone who enjoys watching videos, I seem to be able to learn more when I watch things as opposed to reading about it. So, for me, the detailed videos were great. But as well as that, there are excellent maps that show you the exact routes.

Should you wish to have all the Guides, and quite frankly, why wouldn’t you, you will receive a $15 discount on the combined price when they are all bought as one package.

Should you want to review even more of the best wow guides on the market, you can by simply clicking on that link.
